A: Yes! All pieces we sell come with original box and COA.

Q:Does the free shipping include any type of insurance?

A: Yes! Your package will be fully insured through USPS.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide at no extra charge.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Our hours of operation are 11 AM- 6PM Mst.

Q: How do I check the status of an order?

A: You may either call us directly, or by clicking on the check order status link in the email confirmation from our store.

Q:What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover , American Express, Paypal, and eChecks

Q:Do you accept orders over the phone?

A: Yes, if you would like we do accept payments over the phone.

Q:Do you offer free Layaway?

A:Yes we do! We offer a four month layaway plan at no extra charge. The first installment is to be paid at the start of the Layaway, which will be equal to 25% of the entire order including shipping. Thereafter the remaining three payments are to be made on the same day as the first inital payment until the goods are paid in full.

Q:If you are currently sold out of a piece, will you be getting anymore in?
