Yes, we ship internationally. Prices at "check out" are an estimated price, however, we will notify you if the price was an under estimate of the shipping costs, due to various factors.
All International orders will be shipped VIA USPS International Priority Mail, however shipping times will vary. If applicable, Gigi's Disney Chateau is NOT responsible for duties or customs fees that may apply to your order. We are only charging you for shipping fees.
Damaged Piece Policy:
You have two weeks After delivery to contact us if your package has arrived damaged. If it is a numbered edition piece, you must submit photos to us of the damaged piece with the appropriate figurine number we sent to you clearly shown on the bottom of the figurine.
Refunds for lost or damaged figurines that were shipped Internationally may take up to 60 days for processing. USPS or any other shipping company will be the party held accountable for reimbursement. We pack as well as we possibly can to avoid any damage and your figurine will always be appropriately insured, and due to high International fraud this is the policy for ALL International orders. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
On the rare occassion your package does indeed arrive damaged, please make sure to keep ALL packing material, including the box the shipment arrived in. This will expedite the claim process. You will need to take it to the Post Office and file the claim since you will be the one in posession of the damaged figuirne. DO NOT ship it back to us, because then any claim on the piece will be denied.
