Refund Policy:

If you wish to return a piece, you have 14 business days from when the piece was shipped to do so. Please ship the piece addressed to:

Return Shipping:

The Piece must be sent back insured for the full purchase price of the piece with a reputable carrier such as, Fedex, USPS, or UPS. If the item is sent back to us due collect shipments or C.O.D.'s, the item will then be refused. Once the piece is then recieved back to us in the condition it was sent out in with the original box and the C.O.A's, A full refund for the purchase price of the piece ONLY, will then be issued back to the original form of payment.

Restocking Fee:

All Pieces shipped out and returned ARE subject to a 15% restocking fee of the original purchase price, plus the cost of shipping to recoup our losses

The only exception to the restocking fee is if the piece is under $225, or it arrives to the recipient damaged. Then the fee shall be waived.

If your piece arrives damaged you have 14 business days to noitify us. All pieces are fully insured for the purchase price, and we will work with you through the claim process, to expedite the claim as soon as possible. As soon as the claim is approved, we can either send you out another replacement piece or just refund the purchase price only.
